Joe Louis Greenway Partnership — Attraction in Detroit

Great experience and wonderful Detroit city adventure. The tower is actually pretty intimidating but the brave little body souls are thrill seeking junkies. This tower isn't for kids under 4. The nets are to sofisticated for a child not ready for climbing through rope knots. 5 and up seem to love it. If they fall the net bridge is impossible to fall through with 3 or 4 inch wide net knots. Its very hilly and I've seen kids dropping in in scooters on 45* angles or less on those hills it's pretty cool for them. If it's busy here, it's not enjoyable for parents if your wanting to play too. To many kids will pass you up to the top. 😆 which is why this is 4...

Park still under construction as of 2/11 but the big playscapes and exercise equipment were in place. Concession wasn’t open and there were no park personnel or security. Kids had a great time but there were unsupervised teens throwing water on the slides and semi loose pitbull that put a damper on the day.

Really great park. I brought my niece and nephew when it first opened we had. Great time. Came back and was shocked by how trashed it already is. Socks, diapers, tons of empty bottles... I cleaned up what I could while the kids played, but the locals and the parks department need to do way better. Kids should not have to to play around...
