Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Dearborn

I really tried to give Tim Hortons a chance but this is the second day in a row and it’s just horrible. Why take DoorDash orders if they never pop up on the screen to made? Why is it that none of the employees are communicating when there is a shift change? I placed my order at 6 am. I get here and I have to wait 30 minutes. I watched a guy get his order before I did but I still had to wait on my order that had been placed 20 minutes before. I get the drink, it’s made wrong with none of the modifications that I asked for. No one knows if my order is being fulfilled so I’m just standing in there looking stupid waiting on a sandwich and drink that I already paid for. I just don’t understand. It’s already bad enough it’s in this small gas station. But something has to give. They honestly need to stop accepting DoorDash orders if they can’t see them, read them or even care to prepare them. I’m now late for work waiting 30 minutes for one drink and one sandwich. No matter who came in after me, they received better service than I did. I placed a DoorDash order the day before and experienced the same thing. I’m not sure how this location is busy and stay in business knowing how they treat some customers. I been always addicted to Tim Hortons coffee. I live near the coffee shop which is inside a gas station. I like most of the works and the service but I had issues with the work couple times. The first time I dealt with him he had an attitude and aggressive facial expressions, so I thought he had a rough shift and didn't give it much attention but unfortunately it happened more than once. I took my finances to it today and he gave me that attitude which is I know it's not personal but he doesn't so certain people. I asked for 4 large ice cap and he gave me 2 medium and 2 large and I explained to him my other and but with his untestable gave me the look of take it or leave it. And he wasn't professional at, she wasn't wear the dress code or anything. I am not trying to get him fired but I don't think I'll be going there neither my friends and family till he fixes...

This happened today and it wasn't the first time I ordered coffee and drinks and ordered a steak sandwich and as I was waiting for my coffee the guy was supposed to make my sandwich was doing nothing so I'm like maybe he's making it so I waited almost 10 minutes passed he called out my sandwich I said yes he said we don't have steak after almost 10 minutes so I said okay can make it chicken he said we don't have chicken nether I said ok just make me croosent egg and cheese he shocked he's head than I was waiting and waiting I said did you make my sandwiches he said I'm busy there is costumer I said I was here before all of them he said you canceled your order I said I didn't cancel anything you just didn't have what I asked for after I paid for everything and then I told him you what you can keep the sandwiches and the money.. this just poor management's...
