I do DoorDash part time to make a little extra money , well because times are hard right now . However I went to pick up at Twin Cones in Dearborn, MI and this kind man working with this lovely friendly young lady. Looked up from what he was doing to greet me and asked if I was DoorDash to which I replied I was. He proceeded to tell me it would be just another minute or so on the order I was picking up, and to my surprise he asked if I would like a soft serve cone while I waited. I gladly accepted ( since I’ve been wanting to try the place for the longest and who says no to free ice cream lol ).. He then makes the cone and hands it to me with a smile. I’m honestly so happy to see people that do this today. Not because it was free but just doing a kind gesture like that really made my whole night. It’s inside a gas station and yet somehow run by two sisters, and the vibe is always super friendly and welcoming. The older sister especially gives amazing customer service — she’s always got a smile and makes you feel like family.
