7 Star Pizza — Restaurant in Dearborn

My overall experience was not pleasant at all. My original order,I requested delivery and my pizza took one hour and fifty minutes to arrive to my home which is appx 3 miles from the restaurant. I contacted the manager, Katie, and she stated that I could wait and have another pizza delivered to replace the one that I received, which in turn, had taken almost 2 hours...I declined and requested a refund of my money. The manager, Katie, then apologized and stated that she would be sure to accommodate me, as a customer, if I decided to come back to the restaurant and communicate the information to the other managers on staff. In addition, she stated that she would be willing to comp 1/2 of the total bill and I believed that was fair. One month later, I called to place an order and another manager, Nick, stated that he didn't know anything about the situation and became combative and wanted to debate back and forth with me for 10 minutes. I suggested that he contact Katie and mention the situation to her to receive the confirmation and he became to scream at me. This restaurant is privately owned, not franchised, so they do not have any corporate policies in place. I requested the GM's information to escalate my complaint and received no assistance. It makes you wonder what kind of standards are in place with the food...considering there aren't any standards in place when it comes to the employees and poor management. Bad service!!!!! Lost a good customer. We order our pizza around 12:50pm. After waiting over a hour we called the store. The delivery guy called once and left. We had the pizza delivered to our job. There are two entires to get in the delivery guy never attempted to come in either entries. After calling the location and delivery guy over 10 times they finally answered. Well long story short. They still charged us full price for the pizza. We had A Large pizza, Wings, Bread Sticks, & A Pop. We asked could we be compensated or pay half for the Pizza. Considering we already waited the whole break for the food. The manager was rude, the lady answering the phone wasn't no help either. We been going to this location since they opened and we never will go again. I hope they don't try to resale that Pizza that they took back. Very unprofessional and NO CUSTOMER...

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! This place is around the corner from my house. A few months ago I placed and order through Grubhub to be delivered. Then they say someone has already picked it up. I went to the place to check and they told me yes the person who placed the order picked it up. I placed the order and I didn’t. Ends up they made a mistake and gave my order to someone else and found out an hour later. Today I was like let me give them another chance. I placed an order went to pick it up. The person who’s taking orders was on the phone forever. I’m standing there waiting no greeting, no one told me we will be right with no, his mask was pulled down the whole time which defeats the purpose of having one on. When I got home my pizza was undercooked. It was all dough on the inside. So I’m done with this place. I will NEVER go...
