I have my respect and appreciation for a company like yours, which is prestigious and has a very bright name. The employees in this restaurant, the evening shift at 2:00 in the morning, make Dasher drivers wait for more than three hours, and I am one of them.And the requests are not prepared for them. These employees that you have want to receive the financial compensation without providing any service or anything.They are responsible for it while they are at work.Today 6/2/2025 they made me wait for more than three hours and the Dasher requests were not processed and in the end they told I am not the only one, there are more than 20 cars owned by Dasher drivers, and there are other customers who are not Dasher drivers and were unable to buy any food because the employees are not doing their job. Well it's been more than 5 hours and Taco Bell still hasn't issued me the refund that the customer service department said would happen approximately one hour after I talked to them at lunchtime. Just goes to show that you can't trust this business to be honorable and reputable.

Well this has to be one of the absolute worst Taco Bell experiences that we've EVER had. While placing an order from the TB app while standing INSIDE the TB location on Telegraph Rd in Taylor Michigan, the app sent the order to another location in Detroit Michigan approximately 10 miles away from where we were at. So not only did we not get any lunch, but WE GOT CHARGED FOR IT TOO. We'll have to wait and see if Taco Bell fixes/resolves this issue.

I recently discovered a few reasonably priced options available on the Taco Bell 🔔🎐 menu and have been frequenting it much more often than usual. Special "Thanks" to the Stunning, Breathtakingly Beautiful DaShana for her kindness and helpfulness with my orders of late. Read moreThis was a very unsatisfactory experience. I went through this drive through while it was fairly busy, waited approximately 5 minutes before I could give my order at the speaker. When I got to the speaker, I was asked to wait some more.
After several more minutes waiting to give my order, the employee greets me and says: "Hi, welcome to Taco Bell where we are currently busy and your order is going to take 20 to 30 minutes. Would you still like to order?" 😂😭
I paused before I answered her question. At this point, I had already been here for ten minutes, and I was starving. I looked to my right and realized that this drive through lane is up against a concrete wall, and I saw that there were at least ten cars lined up behind me.
I asked the young lady on the speaker, "If I don't order, how do you expect me to leave? I'm blocked into your drive through by other cars and a brick wall. Can I just order and wait?"
She sounded irritated and exasperated, but she took my order.
Once I got my food, after at LEAST 30 minutes (as promised 🤷♂️), it was so trash. The rice in my burrito was crunchy hard, potatoes were rubbery and old, and it was a mess inside the paper bag with food falling out all over.
Ugh such a bad experience.
