I have known about this dojo for some time and I kept procrastinating going in. My son was having a great deal of trouble focusing sitting still listening, instead of just popping a pill into him me and my wife decided let's put him in martial Arts. It has been over a year now since we joined and since then my son has improved so much in school and at home. To where he is constantly taking awards home from school from his academics also he is now a fierce competitor even winning a weapon grand champion title at last year's Orange coast. No words could ever describe how grateful I am to shihan jahanvash and all the sensei's for working so hard with my son. I also just recently enrolled my three year old daughter that's right THREE. Since her joining she is much more confident and not as why anymore they do such a great job with the little ones. I was looking for an activity for my 5-year old twin daughters and we were recommended this place by a friend. I enrolled my girls in several different activities at first, but after one trial class at this studio, I knew I wanted to send them here. Sensei Shahin was amazing with them from day one, and from there we met the rest of his amazing family that runs this studio. They were extremely welcoming to us and after watching many of the classes, it is very apparent that they take great pride in teaching their craft. I can't say enough good things about them, and my girls LOVE everyone here! After going for a couple months, I found out their Sensei (Shahin) is a world champion. I was really touched by the level of dedication he has towards his students. Even with his own competitions going on, he is always extremely patient and fun with the kids. This is a great place for kids to build confidence, learn discipline, and have fun learning martial arts. I have seen a huge difference in my daughters' confidence levels just after a few months!
