PostNet — Local services in Diamond Bar

I honestly haven't written a review in years, but I can't stop thinking about the amazing service I received from this place. I needed a print job done asap for my grandmother's funeral program. First of all, I had called a few places to compare prices and their prices were the best! I went to the store to compare different paper options and unfortunately they didn't have enough of what I was looking for, but the man helping me gave me other alternatives and said, "don't worry, we're going to figure this out!" That gave me so much peace of mind, especially for being in a tight time crunch. After working on a sample he told me to come back at the end of the day to pick them up. I came back right before closing to find three employees working on my grandmother's program. I hate to be that annoying customer who keeps people from going home on time, but they were in no rush and they came out beautiful. The man even showed me the final product as they were finishing them up and complimented the finished product. I honestly had such a great experience, especially for a very unfortunate situation. I dropped off a package to be sent out UPS and this business never gave it to the right carrier. Instead it got lost and I'm still to get a call back from the owner and have been given the runaround for 3 days and package finally got tracked 8 days later. Horrible customer service. 1-4-19. 2:40pm I dropped off a second package to be sent through UPS and the same thing happened again. I called and smart mouth kid answers the phone and gives me ridiculous smart mouth answers and refuses to let me speak to the person in charge or owner. This PostNet location is awesome. Every time I go, the people working there are super helpful and today was no exception. I had walked about a couple miles from my home only to find it closed due to temporary problems with their system. I was about to walk away when this nice gentleman walked up and asked what I needed and I said I just needed a couple papers printed out. He then said let me see if I can do it, I was just stopping by to see if I can fix the system that has been down today. So luckily he was able to print out those couple of pieces of paper for me which I really appreciated and maybe it doesn’t sound like a big deal but what really stood out is the gesture of how someone would go out of their way for me.
