This business does not work with the customers but rather against it. Instead of helping me find the right size bracelet the first time it took two exchanges and is still the wrong size. Now they don’t want to take it back even with the receipt and in the original box. I contacted the owner very understandingly and I get a rude response about how I took too long to exchange it. In fact, if the owner would have extended the return period due to his personal vacation, this wouldn’t be an issue. It is very difficult . Stay away from this place unless you want to deal with a headache, like I have and to no avail because the owner refuses to help me. The stores have a beautiful showroom and carry a variety of unique jewelry designs, at affordable prices. They also have excellent jewelry repair services.
