Hi, for anyone who is actually thinking of going to this Taco bell I would like you to go in with and open mind.
Yes the service here is sometimes slow and orders take time but you have to take under consideration the fact that they are slow because maybe they're under-staffed that day or maybe they're orders in front of yours that are bigger and they can't simply skip them just because yours is smaller. The workers are not sitting on their buts or looking up at the roof they are trying to get your food out as fast as possible.
Also what people here say about workers messing up their orders, sorry if they are human like you. People make mistakes and if I'm not wrong if you go to the counter and tell them they will fix your order and give you your food with a very nice attitude. Also sometimes they mess up your order because the customer was not clear enough when making their order.
So if you're interested in going go ahead, it is a very nice place and the staff is quite nice and funny. I myself am a current customer here and understand the hard work they go though when rush hour hits them. They work their hardest to make sure you get you food out on time and that it taste good. So for anyone who has anything bad to say about the time it takes them, first see if they're in rush our, short-staffed or if any complication is happening before you go out here and make a nasty comment...
Read moreTo those who have had bad experiences with this Taco Bell, please remember that these are people too, making and serving your food. They try their hardest but at times they do not have the correct supplies to give you the hundred percent that they at times do strive to give you. More than half of their staff are teenagers or young adults who have to toggle school and work to be able to support themselves, and very recently they have been understaffed almost constantly. It is not the employees fault that the building floods at times, because if you think the lobby is flooded, take a look inside to where your food is being made, and trust me I've seen these employees talk to their supervisors and nothing has come from it. This building has been in function since 1996, with little to no repairs. Many of these employees work 8 to 10 hour shifts, so maybe by the time you get there, they are tired, and yes they may forget to give you your soda, or an item, because they are human. Give them a break, open your hearts and try to be more understanding, because at the end of the day, the same energy that goes in, will come out, I...
Read moreAbsolutely unacceptable experience. While placing our order at the speaker, the night shift employee started out speaking calmly in Spanish and sighing in every word she speaks but when we had trouble hearing and asked for clarification, she abruptly switched to English and yelled at us. This level of hostility was completely unnecessary we were only trying to make simple adjustments to our order.
When we arrived at the window and politely asked for sauces, she slammed the window shut in our faces without saying a single word. That behavior is shockingly rude, unprofessional, and shows a complete lack of respect for customers.
No employee who treats paying customers this way should be allowed to continue representing this business. At minimum, she should be disciplined immediately, and frankly, if this is how she behaves with others, she should be fired.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and it reflects very poorly on management for allowing...
