Yi-Wong Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Doral

Worst experience from a chinese restaurant ever! Now im not one to really complain, but this was just ridiculous. Mind you this is the very first time i have ever ordered from them. I ordered my food at 6:57pm... About 45 min before it started raining in our area. I understand that the restaurant was busy, but i waited over 2 hrs before the delivery guy shows at my door. I feel horrible because 45 min before he showed up to my home, i had called an cancelled my order. The reason why i cancelled, ontop of being 2 hrs, i called to check the status of my order. The lady on the phone had unhooked the phone without even addressing the call first, and put me on hold for 4 min. Not even on a normal hold... I was unhooked and listening to the restaurant in the backround. I explained to her that i understand its raining but i was told my order would be ready and delivered in 30-40 min.. I called 1 hr and 15 min after i placed my ordr and was told rudely that my order was on its way and then was hung up on. I called many times livid and the phone was busy or off the hook. I waited another 15 min (i live not even 5 min away) and called back asking them to cancel my order completely. To my surprise the delivery guy still showed up to my house about 20 min later. I felt horrible for the delivery guy! I apologized to him but asked him to take the food back, that it had been cancelled. I called again just to make sure and the lady wanted me to put the delivery guy on the phone. I explained that he had left and asked me again to put him on the phone.. LADY THIS IS WHY YOUR RESTAURANT IS SO CRAZY!! YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO MANAGE YOUR SERVICES!!! All i know is that the charge better be removed once the food...

We were looking for a Chinese restaurant around the area and discovered this place. We asked if we could sit and dine in. At first, the nice lady said that they only serve take outs and they don't do table service. We asked again and she explained that they serve in take out containers. She welcomed us to sit if we didn't mind eating out of the take out containers. The food was made fresh to order and we were served promptly. The food was nice and hot. She did give us plates and plastic sporks and forks. She even helped us open the containers so we could eat. The service was great and you can see how she greats and treats regular take out customers. We enjoyed the food and the service was much welcomed. Thank you for letting us dine in. The food was delicious....

Ordered take out this evening and the food is NOT as it used to be! The combination dinners would include 2 ribs, egg roll and soup. No more ribs or egg rolls! The dinner was placed in a container with the rice and pepper steak all together, which before the rice was in a Chinese fried rice container and the meat was separate. The portions were smaller and no chow mein noodles were provided. 2 small packets of soy sauce and 2 of sweet and sour. We ordered 2 combination meals, purchased ribs ( since their are no longer included) and fried wontons. Almost $50.00! By the restaurant cutting costs, they are also losing customers! Shame but we are never ordering from this...
