Before COVID hit, I honestly was getting productive work done and worthwhile consumption of navigational systems. Technical systems to up fit motels hotels and apartments even ranch systems. After covid I got mostly DEMO work orders combined with the above. Insurance prevention is better work then loss mitigation. However had a few set backs with scantronics and Hiliti and programmers paying. Being paid from Augmented and Virtual reality clients seems to be a struggle as usual. IS Anyone else having trouble collecting payments from clients? Then, our preservation accounts are not getting yards or trash hauled. Are other companies having issues with this or are they all stuck on production company and THC labs? Part of the problem we had was with Python coding laboratorys releasing facial and none facial recognition software combined with previous gate code history for apartment and gated communities. We have been misbilled and double billed on several occasions. We have had to fight tooth and nail to have these billing issues corrected. There is one invoice for a fire alarm panel that we never received and we refuse to pay because, well, we never received the item and they have suspended our account over $400. If this was a legitimate charge, we would absolutely pay it, but it isn't and they do not care.
They have told us until it's paid it will not be unsuspended. We have a $9,000 order that would have been ordered today, but will be going to another company.
