InTouch Ministries — Attraction in Doraville

So I live in Canada. Usually I get iffy when it comes to listening to someone preach because I've listened to Pastors who take scripture out of context. Which is one way people get lead astray in their faith, and for some, the potential to leave their faith. Especially if one isn't taking the time to read the Bible to understand it for themselves. I make that assumption and like to pray and discern. I have been watching Dr. Charles Stanley's messages online for several weeks now, and they have been convicting me to the very core. I almost teared up in a couple of them asking the Lord for forgiveness. I'm so thankful I've encountered his messages. They're really saving me and helping me find new and profound ways to live out my faith and the conviction that comes with our decisions at times. While other pastors out there are less focused toward the word of God and trying to entertain people with motivation. and not as focused on the scriptures, Mr. Stanley actually reflect off of the scriptures and really interpret it

I love what his ministry is doing, and it is interesting because in his one messages, He talked about how he never imagined Intouch Ministries would go worldwide, yet there it is. A ministry focused on the Truth and Nothing but the Truth. I think this is why someone like Charles Stanley is really leading people to Jesus and live are changing because the messages, devotionals you're exposed to allow you and I'd even say force you to look within yourself and ask God what areas of our lives need to change. Exposure to his messages and devotionals in adjacent to the Bible reveals that this is a ministry that can help you grow in your faith and in Profound ways. I'd go to his Church if I lived there, but Online is great and he is a Mighty Man Of God. Really Pray and Ask God for discernment because THIS is one of few ministries that continue to hold on to the Truths and the word in amazing detail. I reached out to In Touch Ministries after losing my wonderful wife of 62 years to cancer back in October 2019. We have been together since 9th grade in high school and married 55 yrs. My wife and I are both born again Christians for many years. Judy battled cancer for 9 years and I was right there with her through all of her chemotherapy, radiations, blood transfusions and so many more treatments. If it weren't for our faith in God and Jesus Christ as our savior and Redeemer, ALL of what we both went through would have been unbearable. But the support I received after Judy's passing from In Touch Ministries and from Pat in the Christian Guidance Dept. her understanding of my loss and the material she sent me has been comforting. I read the daily devotion every night and I read it out loud just like I did as if she was sitting next to me. I feel God is right there with me when reading. I'm sad to be writing a negative review for a Christian ministry but I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the online store for In Touch Ministries. I've been waiting a month for my order to arrive -- nothing is back ordered so I have no idea why it is taking so long. The online chat is extremely tedious with replies from customer service agents taking several minutes to be sent -- it's definitely not back and forth banter.
