I would give 5 stars for the quality of the cutlery but this 1 star rating is for service. I thought I bought and paid for a particular knife after talking extensively to the sales clerk about the knife. However after arriving back home and opening up the box it was the wrong knife. I understand mistakes can happen. But there were few customers in the store and the clerk was well aware of the knife I was purchasing. Maybe more training is required of their staff, like opening up the box to confirm to the customer EXACTLY what they are purchasing. I should not be expected to verify that the salesclerk did her job correctly. And when I call to point out their mistake I don't expect to hear "accidents happen." We drove to Dover where it is located and had our old knives sharpen for free. Because of the quality and reliability of our old knives we decided to buy a new one. After a month of use we notice that it is developing minimal amount of rust in the blade. Called the store and was advice to use lime away to remove rust .
