Grainger Industrial Supply — Attraction in Downers Grove

Ordered two different colors of 22 AWG wires on Tuesday and was promised pickup by Thursday. However only one of the items was ready by Wednesday and the other's status still shows Thursday and it's Friday and closed for Christmas weekend. That's the experience online, however on my visit to the Downers Grove branch, the gentleman at the service desk, John was quite helpful. I want to praise this Grainger location for its service and inventory. The original electric motor on my 70 year old furnace failed on me with the Chicago winter raging outside. I tried local HVAC part distribution centers, but none of them had a replacement available.
