This is a awful situation. I booked a trip a while back and had to cancel due to my mom being hit by a drunk driver. Fortunately she eventually got better but we all had to go back to California to help her. Mr. Pippins had no issues and simply said “ No refunds but rain checks are fine” since then I have tried to get through to no avail. The text simply get left on “read” they took advantage of a very bad situation where family got I’ll and took money with out the will to provide any service. Or have the decency to respond. It’s not the money at all for me it is the lack of communication and poor treatment.
