Long story short - paid $600 alone for Shipping with White Glove delivery service and received the absolute worst shipping experience. My chair + boxes were randomly plopped outside my door (landlord was pissed) without any of the arranged benefits I paid hundreds of extra dollars for.

I then had to go to Home Depot myself to rent a dolly, call for late night extra help unpacking and moving my chair into my office, broke one of my favorite bracelets and a nail in the process all to be told they can only refund “a portion of the shipping cost I paid” because the third party company still “technically delivered the item”.

I’m a successful business owner myself and I’ll be the first to tell you, if a shipping company treated one of my customers like that, the TOTAL shipping fees would be refunded and I’d be on that company’s head like never before because customer experience comes FIRST.

The chair is nice I guess. Paid extra for additional foot controls but they came in a totally different color than my all black aesthetically pleasing chair- wish it would’ve stated this on the site prior to purchasing.

All in all wouldn’t deal with this company again. And certainly not...

Amazing experience with this company. I have a Numa Spa chair and ordered a hand remote attachment for the memory preset capabilities. They emailed me - and then called when I overlooked the email and they hadn't heard from me - to let me know that the remote may not be compatible with my chair.

I was so thankful they let me know so I did not make an unnecessary purchase, and provided such great customer service. The fact that THEY caught this, and pursued me to notify me, so I wouldn't be disappointed in a remote that didn't work with my chair is amazing. I'm so appreciative. They could have sent me an incompatible remote, and then I would be subject to shipping fees returning the item, and potentially a partial refund after using the item. But because of their intervention, I do not have to deal with the hassle.

They have been very helpful and communicative. Very impressed, and I'll be using this company in the future for other purchases.

I came across source one beauty while looking for a treatment chair for my pmu business. I had specific things I needed my chair to do (lift, tilt, spin, recline etc) and it was a daunting task to find one with all the functions I needed and an esthetic that was pleasing all in one. Their sales department was so helpful and financing was a breeze. Shipping was a bit of a stupor but that was not source one's fault, but the relay shipper who didn't follow instructions. One of the caps for the bottom had been broke during shipping, they immediately sent a replacement, when replacing this component, I noticed one of the feet on my chair had been bent during shipping. ( only reason I noticed is I removed the cover to replace the broken one). It was past the 30 day mark at this point but, they sent me something for my chair as compensation which I am totally fine with. Overall, the chair works amazing customer service is top notch.
