Fallon Gateway — Attraction in Dublin

This review is specifically for the Starbuck's crew that was working during the day on 01/01/2023. Never in my life have I experienced such terrible service at a Starbucks. Yes, I realize it is not the best to have to work on a holiday, and yes you need to have fun at your work place, but not when customers are waiting for their beverages, there were three people waiting. I was the first person, then, the other two came after me and got served their drinks before me, which would of been fine, their drinks may of been easier to make or something. I had ordered a carmel frappuccino, however, I went over to the counter and my drink is just sitting there, whilst four Starbuck's employees are huddled together laughing and carrying on. After waiting about seven minutes, I went over to the counter and saw my drink sitting on the counter, it had been sitting there a while as U could see the whipped cream sinking I said excuse me can I have my drink, I was ignored, so I gave them another minute and asked again, I was given my drink by a heavy set African American male, who just roughly put my drink on the counter and said nothing and went back to the laughing and carrying on. I had said to him thank you very much, and honestly would not be writing all this, as it was a holiday I was going to let it go, but the fact that this whole scenario occurred, then after my mannerly thank you was met with his rudeness and such disgraceful customer service is the reason I am writing this review, as I really hope this Starbucks or Target manager reads this and knows about the staff working on this day. They all need to go back to orientation as they all have no clue about what should be excellent...

Went in around 10pm on Friday 12/27 used the men's restroom and there was vomit all over the floor. I looked at the log to see when the last time the bathroom was checked and the last logged check was from 3pm earlier that day. Who knows how long that vomit had been on the floor the whole restroom smelled

I let the first available employee know to check the restroom. I didn't get the name of the guy who I talked to but he was really smug and rude about the whole situation and also mentioned no-one had checked the restroom since 3pm that day he responded in a sarcastic manner: "because you've been here since 3?" As if I didn't know how to check the log.
