T4 — Restaurant in Dublin

The store is dirty. Lots of dust around the walls and floor. I had ended up waiting around 12-15 minutes, while I waited i saw the man ahead of me yell about 3 times what his order is and the guy, Hua I think was his name. Taller man with dark hair Music wasn't loud, and it wasn't terribly hard to hear, but he was separated by a glass divider. However right when I had gotten up to order he goes first and turns UP the music. When he is already having a hard time hearing? And then a doordash notification went through and was beeping, understandably he went to put the order through but wouldn't even acknowledge me or anything. Just looked annoyed over having to put in an order and meanwhile im standing right infront of him while the music is uncomfortably loud. Then after a few minutes he took my order. I had wanted a large passion fruit smoothie but I got a regular sized one instead. And the type of smoothie was awful compared to other t4 locations I've reviewed. It was so sweet and had passionfuit seeds inside. I'm not sure if the passion fruit mix they use is more natural or just different compared to other locations but I've seen the same smoothie be made much better at different locations. All around it was slow, loud, and the workers were unattentive. The stockton and Sacramento locations are leagues better than this one in terms of service...

We waited for literally 30 minutes to receive two teas. Order was placed at 7:50...we didn't leave until 8:20. When I asked why one order was being made before ours when they were the customer after us, Joshna (the cashier) first asked us if we are sure we didn't get our drinks. OF COURSE WE ARE SURE. Then after this larger order was made ours comes up and mine is the wrong size. The entire time Joshna was talking to some friend who wasn't even there to buy food or drinks, while the girl actually making the orders is working really hard. How is it that one employee can just stand around talking and hanging out with friends while the other is constantly working? Horrible customer service. Slow preparation. And childish staff. Never...

Terrible service, took several minutes just for someone to take my order, and took almost 30 minutes to make 2 simple drinks. Once they were ready it took several minutes to get someone's attention to even get my drinks. Once I got my drinks they were very watery and terrible. When I tried to get my money back for the drinks the staff had the audacity to argue with me saying that because I took a sip for the drinks they would not refund my money. Only after several minutes of going back and forth with the staff and a call to their manager (there was no one in a leadership role on site) was I finally refunded my money.
