Today was the first time I tried their food, ordered Cholley Bhature and asked to make it spicy for 1 order and mild for the 2nd order, when I picked it up, I asked the guy if he labeled which one is spicy , he was so clueless, he turned to ask the owner I guess , who looked at my face and then though for a moment before giving a small portion of chopped green chillies to add on my cholley , haha as though I had ordered from a cart vendor . Cholley tasted ok but it was more on bland side, no salt or spice . He didn’t give any pickle , onions or raita with Cholley bhature , first time in my life I experienced ordering Cholley bhature without any onions or pickle . What is he thinking , doing us some favor ? My second order was of paneer tikka wraps ..... I ordered 2 and asked specifically to make it spicy but to my surprise, it was mild in flavor, and wasn’t big enough compared to their competitors . I always order from Chaat Bhavan and love their paneer wraps but this time though to give them a try but I was disappointed. I won’t even go back to give them any business. Another thing to mention, that their prices are on higher side and I didn’t like the attitude...
Read moreI have been getting food from this place since it opened. The first management was best. The prices were right and food and amount was good The second management was ok but the people didn’t smile. Now With the third new management the food prices jumped by at least three dollars and the amount went down. I just picked up an order of Salmon plate. The Salmon was at least a day old and hard like a rock. Tried eating and was difficult to swallow. The naan was half burnt and half raw. I don’t understand how the price went up from eleven something to More than fourteen dollars and the food was worth dumping in the garbage. How is it allowed that they can sell old fish without hesitation where as American restaurant don’t sell food more than half an hour old. And why don’t these people smile or say Hi. It doesn’t cost anything. I am going to stop going there after all these years because with these new people Salmon was always dry but today was the worst. I have never written a review until now. People should not sell old good and get away with it if you don’t...
