I don’t feel it would be fair if I didn’t mention in my review to let others know that if you are staying in a unit along W. Superior St., You may want to bring earplugs! The traffic noise during our stay went all throughout the night, multiple nights, we left a night early because we wanted to go home and get at least one good night sleep of the weekend. After talking to other people who have stayed here in the past, I found that others have had the same issue. It’s unfortunate, but I’m thinking there are quieter rooms to rent but ours was not it.

It’s an old building with thin walls, and again I know that management can’t control the outside noise, but it was just too much for us unfortunately. I left our vacation weekend feeling tired.

The unit was nice, comfortable, very well stocked with basic essentials. The unit was clean, beautifully decorated. If we decide to stay again, I will ask for a different unit that isn’t along the busy street.

The shops on the main level are very fun To browse. The coffee shop 190 Coffee Tea is incredible! Everything we tried there was fantastic, highly...

Our stay here was lovely. The loft was immaculate and had everything we needed, but I mostly want to note the above & beyond customer service we received after forgetting some irreplaceable beadwork and regalia in the closet of our room in our rush to get out of town quickly in order to avoid some incoming extreme weather. Enger Lofts proactively texted me (like within an hour) about the items left behind and arranged for expedited shipment back to me, since we couldn't turn around with the scary travel conditions but needed the items for a pow wow the next weekend. The person I communicated with was so pleasant and accommodating, and I really appreciate the effort staff undertook during a major winter storm no less to get our belongings back to us safely. I can not recommend Enger Lofts more highly for both the beautiful room and the incredible & kind service we received after our stay. I will stay here every time I...

I traveled to Duluth to work for a week and stayed at the Enger Lofts. A perfect place for work and relaxation. The studio has a full kitchen, coffee maker, washer and dryer - I did not need a thing! They thought of everything - even ice trays and dog dishes. 7 floor to ceiling windows, exposed brick and most importantly - a very comfortable bed.

The neighborhood is vibrant and walkable for restaurant's, gift shops, breweries and more.

I will most definitely be back. There is also a coffee shop on the main floor that is always jamming. I haven't been there but have a meeting tomorrow morning.

If your looking for comfort, pampering and perfection in location - this is your place. I'm in advertising and can't help myself sometimes when the services...

This loft was amazing! From the coffee shop and stores below, to the decorations and coziness of the entire space. There were no details left out when designing this space. I felt at home and absolutely loved everything about our stay. I read a book in the comfy chair, we listened to records and ate ice cream while snuggling on the couch watching TV. The bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious. It was a dream. Seriously one of my favorite stays to date. I could see myself living in this loft. Bent Paddle was directly across the street along with other bars and restaurants just down the road. 190 coffee was AMAZING! If you are going to visit Duluth, this should be a place you stay!

My partner and I stayed at the Enger Lofts for a long weekend after running the Grandma's Marathon. It was the perfect location, close to the downtown and lots of little shops and restaurants in the area to choose from. The unit was small, but clean and sufficient for what we were looking for. The property managers were also very communicative, which we really appreciated. We also really appreciated that we could log into our own streaming services on the tv, as we did much relaxing after the marathon. The property was also very accommodating for our pup, so she had a great time too! The only downside in my opinion was the price, but we did go during one of the busiest times of the year.
