I'm going to send a follow up review after the completely fixed my problem I brought it in for a simple speaker issue all they had to do was exchange the speakers they told me it would take an hour or two maximum three after they push me off on Thursday said they didn't have time to see me although I called at 10:00 a.m. at the time the store opened on Thursday of last week so no problem I understand I bring it in at 10:00 a.m. Friday morning they tell me it's going to take 2 to 3 hours I set up by 40 my phone for businesses on my tablet which was a fire tablet which is very limited in its ability to perform Google tasks which is primarily what I use for my chemotherapy treatment and correspondence to my doctor No one called me on Friday for an update when I called three separate times oh it's where almost done we're almost done we're almost done by 7:00 they told me how to keep the phone overnight because they when putting the phone back together broke the motherboard and now have to figure that out because they put a new motherboard in there and it didn't work properly so now we are on Saturday Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday no correspondence from there whatsoever other than what I called and they told me they didn't have the replacement part here we are Sunday and I was pushed off once again by them telling me they'll have to call me back because we're not sure if we've received the part yet not sure why you don't know if you have the part it's a very small store with a dozen doesn't employees and I've called repeatedly so they should know me by my name by now and I felt they should have put a priority on my phone since they broke it further. tomorrow I start another chemo session where I won't be able to leave to home for 10 days so I'll have to enlist someone in my small group of support to follow up and fix the issue with this company because it doesn't appear that they will be able to get back to me by 5:00 p.m. today solve the problem by 5:00 p.m. which is when the store closes very disappointed especially since this company has an excellent rating all around I never would have expected the non-responsiveness and the half-heartedly work that was put into bringing my phone back to a full working condition yet is a warranty issue so there are billing is I'm not paying for it Don't worry about it I'm worried because my phone does not work therefore I had to purchase a Galaxy tablet that ran on Google because I was not able to perform my job duties very very disappointed in the efforts of this store I will let you know with an update when it has finally been fixed to my...

I brought my pc in on May 19th because it was not turning on, and explained that I suspected it to be a power supply issue. Instead of performing a proper diagnosis, they took my suspicion at face value and continued to charge me a diagnostic fee. They told me they would have to order a power supply online and I should expect an update within 3-5 days. Fast forward a week, I called for a follow-up and was told that the power supply had not arrived. It was Memorial Weekend so I understood that deliveries may be delayed. One more week went by with absolutely no update, so I called them again. I was told yet again that they were still waiting on the part to arrive. This time they actually went to check the backroom and found the power supply buried under a pile of boxes, which meant they had the power supply for days and never bothered to look at my pc. They told me they would work on my pc immediately, and I said “Okay” albeit rather frustrated that it took this long for anyone to even take a look at it. Fast forward another week with no updates– not even an update on their website in which I could supposedly track their progress. I once again had to call them, and they told me the power supply was faulty and they would have to order another one. At this point it’s getting ridiculous because it’s been about 3 weeks, but I said “Okay” to it. Another week goes by and, as expected, no call or updates from this place. I called again and they told me the power supply was not the issue and they would have to explore other possible issues. I have had enough at this point and told them I want my pc back so I could take it elsewhere. In total, FOUR weeks went by, and they could not fix my pc. They refused to refund my diagnostic fee despite not performing a proper diagnosis to begin with. Read moreThis place ended up losing business due to the negligence of the staff and I'm happy in the decision I made not to get it fixed here. I came in and did all the steps to get my phone registered and ready for repair. The area and this experience was new so I had my wife and 2 young kids with me enjoying the day. Everything seemed to be going okay the guy at the counter took my phone and told me it would be ready in 2 hours. This was great because I was able to take my family out to eat and enjoy some shopping before getting my kids back home for naps. Here is where it gets bad. I get back to the store after 2 hours expecting my phone to be repaired and ready but it wasn't. I came in and the guy at the counter says they couldn't repair it because they didn't have the passcode to it. My question now is being that this is a phone repair shop I know that they are competent enough to be able to use the phone but yet I never got a phone call saying they needed anything from me. By this time myself and family included are tired and ready to go home but being that nothing was done to my phone because they didn't have my pattern lock to unlock it I am told it will be ANOTHER hour which ended up being ANOTHER 2 hours!! A total of 4 hours at this place and not a thing got fixed because after I CAME BACK FOR A SECOND TIME the tech guy came out and asks if I had issues with my charging port because if not he needs more time to find out what is wrong with my charging port! Now I am done and ask that my phone be put back together so I can leave. Nothing was fixed and by the sounds of it I guess I now have an issue with my charging port that magically happened while the tech guy worked on it. I don't need the phone being I have a replacement already but I would have liked it to work. 1 Star for the company and 1 star for customer support who never called me back after telling me they would.
