I tried out this place today while on lunch and was greeted by a very energetic and friendly guy named Kevin.(owner) He went on to ask me what I liked and picked out a bento box with spicy pork and teriyaki chicken. I also got the Shoyu ramen. The ramen had an amazing broth tasty pork and fresh green onion. The bean sprouts were still crisp just how I like them. The spicy pork and a very flavorful sauce that complemented it very well. Prices are good

It wouldnt be an honest review without mentioning why I gave 3 stars. I did switch out my meal after noticing that the noodles that came with my bento box were spaghetti noodles that didnt quite match with the meats, and the teriyaki chicken looked like premade deep fried chicken nuggets with sauce. While Kevin was very energetic, the clerk didn't match his energy so it was a little awkward going from excited energy to someone who's just checkout you out. It was also very warm in the restaurant but I'm assuming there was an issue with the a/c. I'm aware that this is a new restaurant but they don't have any fried rice or, egg rolls.(the owner reassured me that more will be added)

I highly recommend the shoyu ramen and will be returning mainly due to the professionalism, customer service and kindness of Kevin....

All in all, not a bad place. Inside is clean, staff was nice. They keep the kitchen and dining area clean.

Tried the tonkotsu ramen and the curry rice with katsu. The curry rice was very disappointing. The consistency was too thick, it had no vegetables or strong onion flavor you expect from Japanese curry, and the katsu was so thin it was overdone. The tonkotsu was better. Noodles were good, broth was nice and creamy. However, I didn't get any chashu, only bacon, which is not what you want in ramen. The bacon flavor throws off the broth where it almost started tasting fishy.

Maybe I ordered the wrong things? I'm mainly rating it higher for the service and the cleanliness. Willing to try different things there to see if...

We just moved to the area and decided to get some takeout for dinner here. The service is exceptional. All the staff is very attentive to the customers. The food is yummy. There's a variety of meats you can mix and match for your meal. This is perfect for individuals that want to try a bit of everything. Everything tasted fresh and our food was made to order. The restaurant was spotless and smelled clean when we were there. The price is great for the amount of food you actually get. It honestly feels like a steal. Will definitely be back!
