Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Duluth

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Listen to all the negative reviews here. I’ve been here about once every other week for the last 2-3 months and I will never be going again after another bad experience and prolly the worst ever so far from a fast food place. This has got to be the worst managed Popeyes location in all of Georgia. 90% of the time I’ve been to this location, they are out of tenders, seafood, and/or sandwiches Always super slow service no matter what the time. I’ve never been able to get an order from this location faster than 25min even when ordering pick up. Will mess something up about your order 50%. Multiple times have they given me mild instead of spicy chicken, forgotten a side and/or condiments, and sometimes just given the wrong item or sides Online ordering system is flawed so it will let you order things that a location is out (which this one is 90% of the time as stated). You won’t find out your order can’t be fulfilled until after youve driven there and waited in line for your turn. 0 customer service. Not one employee at this location yet has to try to make the customer experience good or better. Think of the complete opposite of chick fil a. I don’t expect good service from fast food joints but this location takes bad service to another level.

Today I made an online order of Temders, shrimp, fries, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and a drink. I wait 25min in line to my turn. Tell them I have an online order, and they tell me to wait while they get it. Wait about another 20min, just for them to tell me they are out of everything on my order so it can’t be fulfilled. They tell me the only thing they have in stock is the original chicken sandwich. Why are they even open? On top of it all, no apology for all the wait to get nothing. If anything sounded like a little bit of attitude like I was the one that caused the problem. This location needs to overhaul their entire staff and management. Their service has been pathetic and I’ve given them multiple tries to see if it was just a bad day. Don’t go to this location even if it’s most convenient cus with the guaranteed minimum 20min wait time plus the 90% chance they are out of 1 or more of something you want, you’re better of taking the extra time to go to a different location. That is unless you’re a savage that loves to self inflict pain...

Goddamnit. That summarizes my visit here. after KFC having a ridiculous wait time I tried their competitor which is this Popeyes and had an even worse time. At least I was entertained though because I had cooks yelling at each other about serving customers food from the floor. I had a guy almost quit and my order forgotten after patiently waiting for 20 minutes.

I had a bad day before coming here and was hungry. I didn't leave or demand a refund because I had nowhere to be for 15 hours. It was entertaining in a sick kind of way, I was Starvin Marvin and seeing this establishment engaged in chaos gave me the jollies of working in the service industry.

Hey at least my cashier gave me a cup to sip on while I watched the show (my 1250cal Big Box meal did not come with a drink). After 30 MINUTES I finally did get my food. Meanwhile angry customers cut the line to demand extra szechuan sauce and another customer complained that her husband picked up the wrong order. I was just in the back sipping on my freebie drink enjoying the show.

A word to the wise. All these chicken establishments, be at KFC, Popeye's, or Church's have really slow dine-in services. Your order is completed faster at the drive-thru, but at this establishment this wasn't the case. I saw people exit the drive-thru without getting any food. The manager leading the drive-thru did tellem that it would be (at the least) a 15 minute wait to get their food.

This location has been the worst at everything. I went there today to get a blackened chicken sandwich and was told they had bone and hadn’t had any and won’t be getting any. I then pulled into a parking spot and make an order for what she stated she did not have and was able to go inside and pick it up. So I made another order and went back into the line and asked for the item again only for her to disrespect and told me they haven’t had it for a while now. So I told her by the way can I get my order and she was shocked mind you my order is ready and she said it’s not and for me to get a refund because they don’t have it bhas no idea what I look like or who I’m she has never seen me and I have not disrespected her or raise my voice so she has no personal reason. It’s makes me think are they only serving it to certain types of people or something. Like is Popeyes doing something to certain people anyways this is all just thoughts and it’s send suspicious. I hope you guys are not targeting certain people with evil intentions. I can’t come up with any other explanation. But I do know want an explanation. The guy in the black started coming outside to see who I was. A few times he came out. The girl claimed the car was hers which I doubt. I say all this to say why. What is going on.
