Been coming here pretty much since they first opened, but the quality of the food has changed or something and they don’t really pay attention to the notes on the order. The past three times the food has been just ok. Especially after today I feel like I wasted $30 since we only ate half of our food. This used to be my favorite spot, but don’t think I will be back anymore.

Also the two girls in the front aren’t very welcoming, have attitudes, and unprofessional on the phone such as outbursts of laughing talking to one another instead of taking an order (happened previously). Then today I placed an online order which there’s no option to pay in store you HAVE to pay online, I get to the store and she proceeds to tell me the total and I tell her I paid online and show her the receipt then she proceeds to make a weird look not sure if it was directed to me, but probably shouldn’t do that as customers may get the wrong idea just something to...

I really love the wings here and look forward to trying more options. However, I don't understand why it costs more to order online when I pay processing fees on top of that to the online order company. Ivwas very upset to come into the store for the first time and see that I paid an extra 6 dollars on all of my previous orders. I don't always have time to come in to wait on the food in person, sometimes I really need it delivered or ordered ahead of time. Knowing I'm being overcharged has discouraged me from ordering when I can't make it to the location myself.

Otherwise, again, I really enjoy what I have ordered and customer service has been great so far. Chicken and fries are always cooked and seasoned well, never dry but crispy as I ask. I hope to be able to come in soon to sit down and pay the...
