W.P. Jones Memorial Park — Attraction in Duluth

I live near this park and it is splendid. There is a modern, safe, well built playground and the lot is surrounded by trees. There are also forest paths that go through the trees and lead to the public library. Very upset ! Our summer camp Kim Brothers kickin’ Kids. Came to this park for our field trip on July,2nd 2018 at 1:00pm! Which we have been doing for 5 years now! Apparently this public park is not open to the public! This year. It’s open to only their summer camp! Which is all fine and Dandy! Only if they had put it on their website so that people like us, don’t take a trip all the way here...

Even though this a very small tennis center, the courts are in good shape and the facilities are adequate. With a lot of shade, be sure to bring your bug spray. Keep in mind that you must access or leave the park from the north going side of Pleasanthill as there is go break in the median.
