Starting with the positive first our waitress Saci was excellent. She was very tentative and sweet. The atmosphere is nice. The music was good. The DJ played a good mix. He didn’t forget about the 40’s and up guests and I appreciated that. The music is at a club volume though not restaurant so come prepared to yell. My negative feedback all could have been avoided with better communication. I don’t know if it was the person that booked our party or the manager but the expectation for a friend’s birthday dinner was confusing for her guests. If all your guests don’t show up, you will be moved to a smaller table. You are expected to purchase a bottle for the table starting at $200 or have a minimum $400 tab. This would have been fine but none of the guests drink and because many didn’t show we didn’t meet the $400 food minimum. It was told to us that we needed to meet the minimum or else…else what? The manager said it wasn’t his fault that her party didn’t show but it also wasn’t her guests fault either and you shouldn’t charge them the party price if we were shifted to a regular guests price. Then he proceeds to say regular guests have a $100 minimum. At this point I’m getting frustrated. Then we are told there’s only one check for the table and they can only take 4 cards. Again something we weren’t prepared for. They do just so happen to conveniently have an ATM machine inside the restaurant. All in all it was a horrible experience for our party, but I do have to shout out the manager for realizing the poor communication and he did make it right in the end. Short review: I will not be back because the food wasn’t that good for the price. They also were out of two items on the menu. My drink was pretty but the bartender definitely measures. To sum up my review, if you are looking for a good atmosphere, good music and pretty drinks and willing to pay $100 for it then you might enjoy this spot. But there are too many bars or restaurants in Gwinnett where the bartender free pours and the food is good for...
Read moreI went here for my birthday and was highly disappointed. For starters they ran out of salmon and after being told our food was running 10 minutes behind, we didn’t eat until 11pm. This place lacks professionalism and respect for paying customer trying to enjoy what should have been a nice outing. The owner advised us that she was unable to do anything and provided the table with complementary French fries as if we were toddlers.
Our bill was over $350 what is French fries comping, we are grown adults. After waiting well over an hour for food we were advised that we would receive a discount on our bill which turned out to be nothing and the bill was actually $20 higher than the first bill.
My spouse advised me we will not be returning to this restaurant as we would have received better service going to a place downtown and getting exactly what we pay for with better service. The drinks were the only good thing and restaurant was decorated nice but the table lacked sturdiness and our drinks almost fell over.
Lastly it was my birthday and I had to wait an extra 20 minutes to receive my food after the table already had their plates. I had to settle for shrimp Alfredo which should have came out with everyone else’s plate since it is a simple meal to make. We had to ask for napkins because an hour went by without them and the manager hovered over the table making the experience uncomfortable when it was time to pay. Since we were not disturbing the environment and remained respectful with class the entire night, this is...
Read moreFirst time checking this spot out & it was a great first experience. I went w/ my friend on Sunday night (7/23/23) for their happy hour, which is from 5-9pm. Arrived around 8 was immediately greeted by Lilly. We normally like to sit at the bar but chose to sit at a table where Lilly was also our server. We ordered a happy hour hookah, which was $20 & was made properly. I ordered a mango margarita which was delicious & garnished w/ a cute flower making it a great photo opportunity. The menu is reasonably priced and had nice options for appetizers and meals. I ordered the veggie burger with fries and my meal was delicious. They are located in Duluth off of Peachtree Industrial Boulevard so it’s a good spot to check out if you live in the surrounding areas instead of having to go downtown for a night out. It’s a nice grown and sexy atmosphere, plenty of parking at no charge, plenty of seating & sections if you’re w/ a larger group, but I believe the tables on the floor are moved maybe on Fridays and Saturdays so that the space can be utilized as a dance floor so just keep that in mind. They also have a small outdoor patio section and the restrooms were clean. Not sure if they have a dress code, but we both arrived casually dressed as I had on shorts with sandals & she had on tights with a tank top & some sneakers. Lilly was very attentive and did an excellent job taking care of us so overall we had a really nice time just enjoying the vibes and we will...
