I have been a customer of this store for over 5 years and I always buy e-cigarettes like this and when the previous one ran out, I opened the product 2 days after purchase and saw the liquid leaking out so I went to the store to ask for an exchange but they said the product packaging was opened and it was impossible. I’ve been coming to this store for some years now and always have a great experience. I’ve met Lily several times and she has by far been the best rep I’ve encountered. She has educated me on the differences between the products and provided options. Very well informed and knowledgeable. Grateful to have her take good care of me😊. Been here 4 times. I have yet to get a product that works for what I need.They charged me 120 dollars for a 30 dollar pen because their machine doesn't work properly. Some of the staff is knowledgeable, some are stoned as hell. Returns are only done when a manager is present. Ive never seen one. One guy had the balls to fake call a manager in front of me. I'm done with this store, I hope something changes or they go out...
