Somewhere between a rundown park and a full-scale community park that has everything for everyone. It's kid friendly with swings and the works plus it has a pool plus slides and a decent-sized play area but not much for adults. There appears to be areas for sitting down for a picnic but I would much rather travel an extra 20 minutes to a larger park with more options. Read moreThe park is neat but was dirty. Broken cologne bottles, cigarette butts, and even tumb tacks were everywhere. I would think twice about reserving the covered areas too. Ours was double booked because the city says that Pirate Cove is responsible for booking but in the fall Pirate Cove is closed. No one verified if our time slot was available apparently when we called and there is nothing there to even say it's reserved. The person you pay is in Duncan city hall but the schedule isn't I guess. We won't make that...
Read moreI absolutely love this park! 🍂🎃 The lighting and design of the park this season is Autumn/Halloween themed, and every detail is so creatively designed, fun, and exciting! There are so many more areas that I didn't get to cover, but I'll update soon. There's also an area in the woods with purple lights, giant spiders, and webs, and the bigger gazebos are covered in webs and purple lights, too. 😍🕸️🕷️ The attention to detail is amazing!
