Hachi Express — Restaurant in Duncan

THEY HAVE ROACHES IN THIER FOOD AND THEY LUCKY I WAS TOO MAD TO TAKE A PICTURE AND SUE. As a working young man with only a 20min lunch break, I planned on buying food not a roach, which left me wanting nothing more than to just get my money back. The owner is confused to rather the roach made it into my food while it was cooked or after it was cooked.There is more than one way for a roach to make it to my food from Hachi Express other than it just being cooked along with the food. No one, especially not me, is going to buy food just to put a fake roach in it just to get their money back please let us be more realistic here. I would have at least ate the rest of that plate first before returning, which after the owner made another plate to make it up to me, that roach was enough for me respectfully. Hachi Express will no longer be getting my money and hopefully I will save other people by speaking out in a review. I would gain nothing if I had used a fake roach, to turn around and leave a warning review for the public to see. The owner might want to listen to their consumer and be more clean instead of insisting a roach would only make it to my food if it was cooked by the owner himself when clearly it does not have to be cooked to make it into my food. This place is awesome. The food is what really matters and it's exceptional! At restaurants like this I usually get the teriyaki chicken plate and pour the shrimp sauce all over but I found myself loving the food without the shrimp sauce (though the sauce is still delicious) aside from the fantastic food, everyone is friendly, food is done fast, the price is right and so are the portions! This plate was heavy for only $7.90! Don't change a thing, I love this place. The food and how it tastes is what is most important but I have to also notice the design inside. I rarely go to this place but when I do I usually get a mediocre experience, first I was taking my order and the lady was calling me mam the whole time(I'm a dude ) guessing I sound like a chick but I dissmiss it go to window and she was kind and respectful and even told me it was going to be a bit longer because i asked for my protein well done(Crispy)so i proceed forward so I wait there and I literally sit there for like 10 minutes solid with suspense and patience at the window like they were not busy I had no one behind me and I finally got my food amd left and when I open my meal the chicken wasn't even well done it was actually barely seared and chopped up recklessly but I did enjoy the food for the cost but...
