I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this event center. I had high hopes for this venue—it’s beautiful, it’s just a few blocks from my home, and I was genuinely looking forward to making this a go-to spot for my family’s annual events. But unfortunately, the service and the way I’ve been treated have completely changed my mind.

I paid for table setup and personally confirmed the details with Cam the night before my event. He repeatedly assured me that everything would be set up correctly. When my family arrived, nothing was done. It was incredibly embarrassing to welcome my guests into unprepared space. We had to scramble to set up ourselves, losing valuable paid event time in the process. The guys moved the last table at 12:09, a full hour after my time began.

To add insult to injury, the cleaning lady actually handed my family her personal business card during this chaos, trying to solicit her own services. The level of unprofessionalism was astounding.

Since then, I’ve been the one doing all the follow-up—leaving voicemails, sending messages, and trying to get in touch to resolve the issue. Not once has the staff taken proactive steps to make this right. Cam, the same person who dropped the ball on the setup, has consistently given me the runaround and gaslighted me throughout this process. At one point, he even told me to "let me talk"—as if I needed to be silent so the man in the room could speak. That kind of dismissive, sexist attitude is completely unacceptable.

I also spoke directly with Misty, who told me she would mail me a refund check. That was over a week ago—yet another false promise. I’m tired of being fed excuses and BS. I just want my money back. I paid for services I did not receive.

The venue itself is lovely, and I would love to continue hosting my children’s birthday parties here, but I absolutely will not book again unless this business gets serious about customer service, professionalism, and basic accountability. They need to resolve their staffing issues and stop treating their customers like we should simply stay quiet and accept poor service.

I just tried one more time to give them an opportunity to fix their mess...

The event center itself is beautiful, spacious and modern. Is great for a group small or large and has great table options depending on your party size. Would rate it 5/5 on its own.

Aside from the venue, communication with Misty, the event coordinator is 1/5. We originally rented this in 2024 for my baby shower. After several attempts and almost an entire year later we got our deposit back.

I decided to rent this again for my sons 1st birthday, there is no online portal or place to make changes or cancel a reservation so once again I had to communicate with Misty, which has been every bit one sided. They allow cancelations within 2 weeks of the event so I have called and emailed several times with no response, requesting my deposit back.

Again, the venue is beautiful but getting any kind of communication about it will make me likely not...

Fun outdoor event 6/18/22. Great blues band in the evening and lots of good food trucks. They put out folding chairs, a few pop up canopies for shade and even some fans here and there. More than you get at most free outdoor events....
