Piddlers Auction — Local services in Duncan

Friday March 1st 2019 is my first time at this auction. I'm here by myself. I come in order some food and I get registered. So far I think the employees are very nice however, I eat my food and start looking for a place to sit. There's a whole lot of empty seats and I'll ask someone if the seats are taken and everybody I ask is so rude 😠😠😠 saying that all the seats are reserved or their saving them for another person. I understand that so, I keep on asking people and I get told the exact same thing by them. I came here strictly for one thing, and I just see one so, I don't recommend this place to anyone. If your not local here then you aren't welcome. I will never come back here so, for the only item I'm wanting you better be ready to pay for it cause I'm going to make a lot of people mad either I'm winning it or they're going to pay more than retail for it. My wife and i have been going to this auction for years. We drive 1 hour to get there thru lots of traffic. We love going to this auction BUT my complaints are many people HOARD the seats. They say they are saving them but all they do is put all their stuff in them. Kids are great but this is not a playground. Kids running around screaming with no parent control. There is so much TALKING that you cannot hear the auctioneer. He will not call the people down to be quiet. So it just gets LOUDER AND LOUDER. We go to the auction to hear the auction not all the people talking therefore it is hard to enjoy it. The first half of the seats are people to go to hear the auction the second half of the seats are people who go to socialize. Barry needs to decide wheather he is going to have an auction or a social gathering. We have heard these complaints from many others also. ...

I would just like to spank Berry and the crew that put together the benefit auction that was held last night that really was a lot of heart put into it and I know that they will we be best as well as the ones that received the funds. We go quite often to the sale and it is really been a pleasure everyone is kind and considerate and we really enjoy the option Barry does a awesome job again I just wanted to make the statement how wonderful and blessed it was to see how well things went last night.
