I would give this place a 0 if I could. I have lots to say about these people renting this venue. They are such a scammers . First of all their price is a total lie. The woman I spoke to rent me the place for $975 including their deposit and she said she was giving me a $100 discount because this place was not available on the date I wanted. What discount was she talking about?? If their website says 695 for sat and she charge 800 plus $100 deposit plus 75 cleaning fee?? Now she says I asked for a an additional discount haha! Why is she making up so much stuff to make her self look good out here . Show me a text were I requested an additional discount! I’ll wait...... also show me a text were You gave me 2 extra hours. I have a text where i clearly said we will be there around 4. And you responded with “you should have called earlier. But like I told you you had said you give 30-1hr to decorate . And that’s what your website says too. I have proof all that I’m saying.. The $100 were not refunded supposedly because the kids weren’t monitor and garbage was outside the dumpster on purpose like seriously you think I will be that ignorant to do that so i wouldn’t get my deposit back?? That’s some nonsense.. You have VIDEOS of garbage being dumped on “purpose”?? Let me see those too? And also let me see the fines you are talking about?? I’ll wait ... . And fire department came because one of our trays of chicken was heating up and the smoke was what cause the alarm to go off. So don’t try to act and make it seem like the kids pull the alarm or something. I personally talked to firefighter and explain the cause of the alarm going off. And is all stated on the report 10/06/18. Also my husband was paying a bar tab and at the end of the night there was a remaining of $350 left on the tab based on what the bar tender told my brother and that $ was never refunded either. That guy only put out 5 beers on the counter and 2 wks after his wife tells me that those beers covered the remaining balance !!! Like seriously?? 5 beers makes up for $350!! They are a complete joke! Scammers!! (She has nothing To say about this money right because they know they kept all) Anyways I just rented the place because I needed something quick. But during the party let me tell you that the “bar tender” which is her husband has no patience for kids. He was rude to the kids. And grabbed the kids by their arm instead of acting like an adult and get the kids parents and let them know. I was the one trying to keep all the kids in the party. But for you to say an extra staff came to helped withe kids please. That lady was on her desk and laptop the whole entire time. In my opinion I think nobody has the right to grab or pull on a kid that’s is not your child and pull him by the arm! When I saw this I just tried to keep the kids away from him. One of my cousins recorded him and told the bar tender I recorded you and could call the police on you and he walked away as soon as she said that. ( but now his wife is trying to say his husband was being bullied by kids wow! Lol How come he didn’t call the police?? Huh 🤔 with him being bullied by kids and so many issues this event caused? Well this is what I went through by renting this place. I’m only talking by experience. Try to avoid this place if your planning to do any party that involves kids. You will be disappointed .

Hosting an event here was a breeze! The owner was very thorough on her expectations, and for that, it made the party run smoothly. I was so excited to use the banquet room as my own "DIY" decor canvas. The tables and chairs were set up exactly how I wanted, and that made it easy for us to set up decorations and whatnot. I'm glad we were able to cater our own food, as I am not always impressed by venues who push their own services on us. Our guests were also impressed by the venue, and got info themselves to host their own events there too! So, now I know we will certainly be visiting here quite often!
