After requesting and receiving three estimates for the replacement of our water heater we chose Lifeline Plumbing. The first reason was Sam and Nate, they came to our home to offer us an estimate. The estimate was not the cheapest, but it was the best. They explained what was needed, and offered observations of what should be done to improve our home. We also needed a water softener removed, and they gave a quote for that also. They also suggested changing gas valves for safety and to bring us to code. My wife and I have been in our home for 40 years. I've had friends help me with some small projects, and had contractors do others. Without hesitation, I can tell you, Lifeline Plumbing, and the technicians they sent, are the best to ever walk through our front door! They were on time, professional, clean, and efficient, and friendly too! The work they performed was top notch. Like I said earlier, they were not the cheapest, but in the ball park. If you need work done on your homes systems, you should always obtain a few estimates. My suggestion is that Lifeline be one of them. I am a real customer, who was served by LifeLine several times over the last week, helping us to mitigate the consequences of a basement flood. While all technicians that came to us were great, Kyle Pedersen is not just an expert plumber, but an amazing human being. In fact, Kyle not just helped us to make sure that our new system is working properly, but he was able to diagnose that our neighbor’s sump pump was burned, which might have led to the flood. On top of that, Kyle played an important role in subsiding the high tension raised between the homeowners and converting another homeowner to a new customer. Despite the age differences, Kyle is 23 and I am 47, Kyle is a person I would appreciate to have as a friend. He told us that he is completely booked, and I truly understand why.
