I’m extremely frustrated and upset with the unprofessionalism of this business. My first appointment was canceled just 20 minutes before the scheduled time because they “ran out of henna,” even though I had a very important event that day. They agreed to reschedule, and I confirmed the new appointment. However, I woke up to find a message saying my appointment was canceled because it wasn’t confirmed—when I have proof that it was.

This experience was completely unacceptable. If you have an important event coming up, I would not recommend booking with them. While things may look good, the reliability is just not there. Save yourself the stress and disappointment.

If I had to confirm again to an appointment that you agree to reschedule you should've said that. Just take ownership of your mistake and you're not dependable this is the second issue with this business and you could've noted that I had to confirm again.. this is the energy you should've put into notifying your customers if you see something isn't right

And just to be clear you let me know you were out of henna 20 mins before my appointment which I drove like 35 mins to get to . Then you try to throw in me using fake names etc are you serious

I made an appointment to get my eyelash extensions done for the first time on 10/20/21 at 4:30pm. She was over 20 minutes late which I was understanding of, regardless of it being a total waste of my time and not my fault whatsoever. When I laid on the table, I reminded her I wanted classics done for a more natural look, she said okay and began. She did not prep my eyelashes at all and just started applying the extensions, she finished within 45 minutes and basically kicked me out when her next appointment showed up. The extensions were applied nowhere near the base of my lashes and looked like I had had them on for 3 weeks, as they began flipping. I DM'd her a couple times on Instagram and she blamed it on me sleeping on them even though they began to fall out almost immediately after I left. I sent her a time stamped picture of it and she left me on delivered. She offered to fix them but by then I had already gone somewhere else to remove them since they were just causing more harm to my natural lashes. She simply said, "sorry about that" and then left me on Seen and continued to add "non-refundable!"...

I’ve been coming to Trappin Beauty for a year now 💕 and I refuse to go anywhere else😊! I feel so comfortable when Steff does my Brazilian wax. She takes her time! She lets you know what she’s about to do before she does it. I also get my eyebrows and legs waxed by her!!
