Wednesday September 8th, 2021. Approx 6.50 pm. My husband and I showed up to subway with our 5 kids plus our neice and nephew so we had 7 kids with us. We always have our children sit down while we order for them.
The tables were dirty and we kindly asked Gina if we could wipe them down. Gina went to get something and then hesitated like she didn't want to so my husband grabbed the stuff from her and started cleaning the tables himself. While my husband was cleaning the tables Gina decided to take the chairs from the other 2 tables and flip them up on to the tables as if they were closed or as if she didn't want us sitting in the dining room. (Mind you my children are very well behaved so they weren't bothering anyone. ) she then dumped the juices out whole we were ordering our sandwiches. Literally pre-closing but 3 hours early. She was very rude and unprofessional. Alexa was the one making the sandwiches and she was very sweet and apologized for our experience. I usually never complain. I hate to complain. My husband and I have been in food and beverage industry our entire lives so we are the understanding ones. We live 5 minutes away from this subway so for us it was about convenience. Now we are willing to drive out of the way to the subway in haines city.

Crystal threw my sandwich over to the cashier because I mentioned I didn't want the same knife used on my vegetarian sandwich as she used that same knife to cut meat sandwiches. Using the same water solution to clean the knife off doesn't clean off the dead animal fats/oils.. it's just a quick rinse before using on the next sandwich. The sandwich artist added way to much dressing on every sandwich made and doesn't add enough vegetables to the Veggie Deluxe. Did well for the meat and veggie combo on the turkey sandwich. People do not stay 6 feet apart while waiting in line at this location because the place is so small. I won't go back because of...

When i got to the store about 10 minutes later, the subs were still not made. DJ mixed up the subs and gave us the wrong toppings. When we came back to the store to tell him he messed up, he said i must’ve put it in wrong on the app. When he realized it was his mistake he gave me attitude and said “We can’t make it. We don’t have the stuff”. When i asked for a refund he said I was going to have to wait 30+ minutes because his manager lives about 30-40 minutes away and he didn’t have access to that “feature”.
