Disappointing Experience at Local Chinese Restaurant

My husband and I, new to the area, craving Chinese food, stumbled upon this restaurant and unfortunately overlooked the reviews. Our experience was subpar.

Order and Issues

We ordered pork fried rice with wings, but received:

Burnt, old wings Unflavored rice with large peas, lacking characteristic Chinese rice flavor Pork was noticeably absent

Payment Confusion

After paying, we waited outside for 15 minutes. When my husband returned to collect our order, the staff claimed we hadn't paid, implying a disturbing lack of attention to detail.

Take-Home Experience

Upon arriving home, we found:

Overall Assessment

$43 spent on substandard food and disappointing service. This establishment's indifference and lack of pride in their cuisine and customer experience make it the worst Chinese restaurant I've encountered.

From the moment I walked into this Chinese restaurant, I knew I was in for something special. The ambiance strikes the perfect balance between cozy and elegant, and the aroma of authentic Chinese spices instantly pulled me in.

I ordered general tso chicken and absolutely never again. That was not general tso chicken it was too dark and my brother in law ordered sesame chicken and it looked and tasted just like the general tso. They been open for 10 years but don’t know how to make general tso?. Yeah, No thank you! Don’t recommend.
