Hardee’s — Restaurant in Dundee

This place needs corporate intervention! BADLY!! Today about 10:35am we went in with friends and our kids. We asked what was good for breakfast and if we could also order lunch. We were told by one person we could order lunch but no one could tell us what was on Lunch menu aside from what was advertised on Windows. No one could tell us about breakfast either. We received shrugged shoulders in response.

We placed a breakfast order for our son and waited for lunch to order so we could see selection on menu board. When 11 rolled around we placed another order for everyone else which was 2 families, 2 separate orders. Well, when doing so my son's breakfast still had not been completed. That was 25 minutes wait already. At this point one lady who was placing good in trays was complaining to our cashier who had not touched anything other then the register we were at that she was moving her receipts around and making It difficult for her to know who's order was being worked on. It wasn't for another 10 minutes after the other orders were placed that we received his food.

Our 1st order after my son's order received a number but the order I placed after never for a number. We waited 20 minutes for it and when it was delivered it was taken to someone,elses table that ordered well after us. The customers looked at lady and said those aren't ours. She said well you ordered XXX I heard and spoke up saying those were ours. Lady pick up items placed them back on her tray, brought over to us and processes to say that these were on their order. No appology or anything. This was same lady from earlier who was accusing our cashier of moving receipts and not telling her who's orders were being given and such.

Every single employee looked like they hated working here. No one had any customer service skills at all. No product knowledge at all! Food all over the place contaminating workspace. The left hand doesn't know what the right had is doing with anyone at this location. The crew isn't cleaning up anything. There was trash all over, ice overflowed all over counter, Tea containers were empty, sugar and something else all over the drink counters. Employees either ignored each other or were rude to each other.

And as far as I could tell no managers were on staff. The 1 person I thought was a manager didn't prove herself to be with her whole non appologetic actions when correct table delivery and accusing cashier of something she never did in our presence.

The staff need a manager and owner who takes pride in things and will hire and train staff CORRECTLY! There is no excuse for this in a work place much less a fast food restaurant. From a customer service standpoint this place had ZERO!!

We will more than likely NOT be coming,back here unless...

This place is a joke.... went in for a fish sandwich that isn't supposed to come with cheese. And there's cheese in my sandwich.... so I went to the guy who served me & I told him my sandwich has cheese in it&he tells me that that's not cheese... the yellow is mayo... I'm like umm no that's cheese. I even picked it off my sandwich & showed him... he insists its mayo & I'm like, no, that's cheese.... Definitely cheese... then he starts to get an attitude after I ask him to remake my sandwich because it isn't supposed to have cheese on it. He gets mad and tries to tell me, "Go throw it away&they'll remake it." Then he says I put the sandwich in my pocket when I clearly threw in into the trash... Tells me to sit down. I'm like, I'm okay. I'll wait here. They make me wait forever while remaking the sandwich. And on top of it, the dude is just bad mouthing the entire time... I get the same sandwich he goes outside, still talking trash to me. Like for what?? I go outside & I ask him, "Are you okay, bro?? Like I came in for a sandwich, and you're giving me a difficult time to get my sandwich.. Who walks into a store to get food&they wanna argue with you. Then, the entire store gets involved trying to make it seem like I'm the bad one when my sandwich was wrong to being with... just blew my mind that they were having trouble making it properly... even the second sandwich had cheese in it with hair!! I was upset so I left my sandwich there on the table&left the store... that experience was crazy if you asked me.. I'll never go back to this place with everyone tryna jump on you because they messed up the sandwich in the first place.... something gotta be done...

After promising to never go back we decided to try it again. We had family in town and we were telling them that Hardee's had a good malted. Well as usual this was a disappointing trip. They were out of malted milk powder(The girl that waited on us didn't know this although other staff members did, communicate people!) We ordered and of course they were out of Ketchup! My sister got tacos and the shells were stale! They close at 9pm but they put the chairs/stools on top of the tables by 7:45, so anyone passing by will think they are closed.This store needs some serious help!

We went to the Hardees in Dundee Fl, waited at the counter for ten minutes while employees were outside on their cell phones. When they did come in, they seemed annoyed that we were there.We were never greeted and the employees when on about their conversation. We ordered our food and waited , the place was filthy and trash was overflowing in the cans! The "Manager" who could hardly walk brought our food out, I explained how we waited,"I'll talk to them" was her response...... This place is run by incompetent children, it's obvious they don't care about customers and I would imagine are not big on following health codes, although one employee (Claytianna) did wash her hands (While giving me a dirty look). Someone will get sick eating here, it's just a matter of time! We used to go there for the Malteds but We don't...
