My fiancé and I had a wonderful time sailing with Captain D. He was very professional and flexible with our private charter to Three Rooker Island. He worked around the unpredictable Florida weather to make sure he could provide us with a safe and memorable experience. He gave us continuous weather updates the morning of our charter (waking up at 5am) and was even willing to push our reserved time back a couple hours to ensure we would have the opportunity to sail due to a pop up storm passing through the area. He was extremely friendly and personable and had a laid back personality. He offered great insight to the surrounding area and gave recommendations about things to do and places to eat. The charter was private, intimate, and relaxing. The island was absolutely beautiful with clear water. We saw dolphins on the way out to the island and the sea shelling was phenomenal. We went out yesterday and were really pleased that we had chosen Captain D and his catamaran. He was extremely accomodating and knowledgeable about the local area.

Three Moons easily accommodated our large family on our vey first Clearwater sail. Captain D took us over to Caladesi Island and gave us some local history and understanding of this State Park. It was a truly beautiful afternoon and culminated in a return to Clearwater for an extraordinary sunset experience.

Booked a sunset cruise for husband’s birthday. CaptIn Derek was friendly and excellent on confirming date, time, and details immediately. Also kept abreast of the weather for us. We arrived around 6 pm and he met us at the gate to lead us to the boat and show us around. Very accommodating regarding snacks, beverages, etc. Captain Derek was very friendly and informative about the sea, land sights, and gave us a tour of the lower area of the boat, and taught my husband and sons quite a bit about sailing.
