Terrible experience. Unprofessional staff who are argumentative, combative,and loud, with a paying customer, and will gang up on you if you complain about ANYTHING. Somehow it is the paying customer's fault for anything that goes wrong. Somehow you are racist if you say I'd like to speak to a manager, they tell you that person doesn't speak English (when I know they don't because I've spoken to that person myself) I can't begin to describe my experience. 3 hours to get a pedicure and full set. I could go on and on but no point...good luck. It's not worth the glass of wine. 🍷it was my 2nd and last time. I've gotten the SNS dip done here twice now, once by Vivi and the other by other by Jessica. They were both AMAZING!! This last time by some fluke the dip on my middle nail separated from the nail, I called to see if I could come in and get it fixed and they were able to get me in right away because of a cancellation. Jessica not only fixed that nail, but took the top layer off the other nails and dipped them in clear to ensure they were all protected. I need to take a break from it for a little while so my nails can have a rest, but I will definitely be back. They are now my go to! I definitely recommend making an appointment though. They take walk ins, but they tend to be pretty busy and booked up....

I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years and Kay did an amazing job...especially on the filing job! I was very impressed. She listened to what I wanted. She didn’t just do her own thing on my nails. She has a wonderful vibe about her and it was a very pleasant experience for me. I left Gem nails with a big smile on my face!
