Extremely good experience. I would highly recommend it. The studio staff look after you like your family. Very knowledgeable polite. There is a nice community experience there when you’re doing the son and ice bath work. Enjoyed it much better doing it with other people.. I would invite you to give a try. Both my body and my mind feel absolutely amazing no eggs and pains, no anxiety or profess persevarating thoughts. Just pure bliss. The owner was wonderful, down to earth and extremely knowledgeable. I took the day off for some self-care and contrast therapy. When my original booking somewhere else fell through, The Studio saved the day. Luckiest mishap ever! Not surprised to see so many five star reviews. The owners are so welcoming and accommodating. This little diamond nestled in Dunedin has all the amenities (outdoor shower, changing rooms, storage cubbies, loungers, a no-rush attitude, and even towel service) yet escapes the elitist trend saturating the health and fitness industry everywhere now.
