We recently swapped from At&t. We swapped because we were tired of having poor service in areas we frequent but friends would still have service. This has been an incredibly painful process. I can’t even count the number of hours we have spent in the store at this point. Yesterday there was one employee working on a Friday in the middle of the day with at least 6 people waiting. He couldn’t even guess how long people would be waiting. He said getting on a list and coming back wasn’t an option. Countless people came in and saw the line but left because they knew they would be there for hours. Most people don’t have that kind of time to wait for customer service. I’ve waited for cardiologists for less time than I have waited for service in this store. If I wasn’t picking up a new phone that was ordered I would personally never go back to this particular store. I don’t blame the employees it is 100% owners and management for working this understaffed. This isn’t a one off I have been at least 4 times in the last week. Read moreSUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My husband and I went to the Dyersburg Verizon store to request their assistance setting up our existing account on a new IPad Air. As we had an older IPad, they were going to assist in transferring the data from that device to the newer device. What seemingly would be a routine step by step process, my newer IPad continually displayed windows stating my password was incorrect. I entered my password on my IPhone and it entered correctly. For approximately two hours, their wonderful staff very patiently and consistently tried to resolve the issue. With our permission, they consulted Apple technical support and resolved the issue!!! Their staff went above and beyond in providing excellent, courteous, professional assistance. Verizon is very fortunate to have such a knowledgeable and caring staff. Read moreWent into this store tonight to sign up for a plan however the person who met us in the door was horrible and absolutely the most unprofessional rudest person I have ever had to deal with .Very snobby and he had the nerve to to tell me to hush and listen to what he has to say when I ask a question about the plans , well at this point he had already lost us as a customer. We were gonna pay cash for one phone and plan the other one but we didnt get to that point because the way he spoke and the way he explains things were with a attitude.
