If there was a option for no stars it would be negative. First they are the most rudest people i have ever met and its crazy to see their more rude and disrespectful when THEY mess things up. I placed an online order 30 minutes prior to even going and picking it up just to see they missed giving me a whole deluxe craving box and other tacos. To top it everything was still messed up and wrong and still missing tacos. When I went into just tell them about it, they wanted to sit there and talk and talk and talk about me and say I’m just trying to get a free box but shout out to the manager that was there she had braids. I don’t know what her name is but she was telling them at the end of the day they had it because they didnt even give it to me!. They gave it to the wrong person, but they still wanted to act like I wanted something free so I walked over there and stood there in front of them and, made it known that they messed it up and my stuff was missing. She was a girl with neck tattoos wanted to ask around and ask if what she was making was right and for me and no one was answering so i said yes it was missing this this and this. and she rolled her eyes and ignored me and asked them again like FIRST of all im the one who missing it why are you treating me like i did something first this is YOUR mistake. This is CONSTANTLY happening with this taco bell. NOT TO MENTION the fact the foods ALWAYS wrong and never do they get it right. They need to hire reliable crew and managers to deal with this taco bell because not a single person their gives a crap about any of it. HORRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE QUALITY FOOD ....
Read moreWell the wait was about 12 cars deep, then I got to the window where the lady, Tamara, at the window slammed the window in my face telling me she gave me mild sauce. When I pulled around, I saw she did not give me mild sauce at all so I pulled back around. At this time, Tamara told me they were out of sauce and she was "too busy for (my) shxx" and slammed the window in my face again. As I began to leave, she opened the window and yelled "hold on" at me. I heard her and stopped my car. She yelled "we'll bring it out to you, so I pulled to the door. She then had the customer at her window honk the horn over and over until I walked up to her window between cars where she tossed 3 packs of mild sauce at me and slammed the window in my face a third time. I knocked on the window and ask to speak with a manager, Tamara refused. I ask her name because she was not wearing a name tag and she told me it was Tamara, probably lying. I went to my car, now late for work on lunch break, and discovered my order was literally all wrongon top of everything else. The ONLY thing they got correct was the large diet mountain dew that I had to send back when I first pulled up because they gave me a regular mt dew and I am diabetic. I called the location four times and got no answer. I called the headquarters and made my complaint. The lady that took my formal complaint told me to expect a return call within 24 hours. Read moreI usually am not the type to post reviews, but when you pay roughly $5.00 for a chicken quesadilla and you literally get this LITTLE amount of chicken, no cheese, no sauce nothing but chicken and a quesadilla… Kinda ridiculous. I haven’t been to Taco Bell in a while because last time I ordered ; I ordered over the APP when we got to the store they informed us they had no beef. We asked if they could put chicken instead of beef into our oder since it was already paid for over the App. They agreed. Then proceeded to hand our order to the car in front of us. Nearly 30$ of food handed out. We get to the window they apologized and offered “a free freeze or drink” FOR $30.00 of food!! Said they couldn’t give me a refund I needed to go threw the app. Tried that. They told me I have to get my money back at the store. Called, came to the store, spoke to a manger all told em to contact the app. Either way I will NOT be going back.
