I live 2 hours out of town. My mama spent $135 on an outfit here for my birthday. She explained to the lady upon purchase that it would be a while before she could get back to return if necessary. First of all yes I know "policy" is 30 days but come on!! You're not a corporate store and the outfit still had every tag still on it with a receipt. The shorts in question were still in stock NOT on sale. She (woman on duty) did call a manager who approved us to exchanging the shorts for the exact same shorts but different size. Even if they did have a smaller size, I am 5'9', they shorts would have been too short. They didn't have a smaller size so we were sent on our way!!!! This place was Current and Trendy. We found styled we had just seen in California 2 weeks ago. We were pleasantly surprised. I bought 2 pair as they were 45% off, Super Cute and just what I wanted. My husband found a few pairs for himself as well as a few pairs of Jeans. Our sales girl was friendly and knowledgeable. We even laughed during our conversation with her.
