I went in to get my wife a drink. My wife has a disease that makes her unable to ingest gluten, to the point of where cross contamination is a serious problem. When I asked if they could wash the blender, the cashier, who's apron said Coffee Master, and I think her name was April, said "no we can't do that," snidely. I was confused so I said "you can't wash the blender?" and she got very rude and snippy with me about it. So I left. If the answer was simply no, sorry, and she wasn't rude about it, I would've been disappointed but whatever. Read moreWent through drive through this afternoon after work knowing they were busy, I stayed in line because their morning shift is great and on point. Their afternoon crew today was not so great. I ordered an venti iced caramel mocciotto with an extra shot. Got up to the window and it was hot. I told the window person and he tried to act like it was my fault. Mind you he repeated my order. Read moreLet me start by saying my issue is not with the baristas at all they are great at their jobs and I always enjoy dealing with them when I GET THE CHANCE but this store is ALWAYS closed or missing inventory. The management here is obviously the problem. They're constantly out of certain milks or crumbles for the drinks or SOMETHING. That is management. Manage your inventory. Once again the baristas are fantastic and I have zero issue with them. The times it's closed I could see being low staff. That's an issue everywhere but it's not just that.
