Absolutely LOVE this place! My mom and I were some of Tina's first few customers a little over ten years ago as I searched for my prom dress. I haven't needed a special dress for quite a few years so it has been a while since I've been. However, this past Saturday (September 22nd), the time came for me to find the most important dress of my life...my wedding dress! I knew that Boutique Galleries needed to be my first and primary stop. Tina immediately remembered my mom and I as we walked in the store. It didn't take us long at all to find the dress of my dreams! It was literally the 3rd dress I tried on and it fit perfectly! Tina is extremely knowledgeable in her field and even taught me the necessity of needing a skirt under my wedding dress. She truly is a gem and I am so thankful I chose Boutique Galleries to find the wedding dress of my dreams! I highly recommend anyone who values a personalized shopping experience for that special dress in their life no matter what the occasion to stop in at Boutique Galleries in downtown Easley and let Tina share her vast knowledge...

To begin, I would like to say thank you for being available to assist with fitting and alterations as we're in crunch time for wedding prep. While emensly grateful, I'm a bit disappointed. Our baby's wedding gown was not an inexpensive purchase as most would agree. After the fitting, while packing the gown, we noticed the bottom was filthy. Not just your typical fuzz, but about a foot up the gown, there was dog hair and dark staining from the floor being so dirty. We understand of course after your wedding this happens but definitely not before. On top of the purchase, we've now had to cover a cleaning expense which wasn't anticipated until after the wedding for preservation. I would recommend taking a look at the floor before taking your gown out of the garment bag if you're going for alterations or fittings. Maybe request to use a different area of the shop that might be less dirty. Again I can't stress how thankful we are for the accommodations made for us, it's a bit frustrating to leave with your brand-new, unworn gown looking like you've...

Took both of my daughter's shopping for Prom & left with dresses & shoes. They sell jewelry too! Leaving with everything in one place was so nice. The owner can offer alterations as well if needed. She offered her opinion when my youngest had a tough time deciding which dress. She assisted my oldest in seeing if she could add material to make a 2 pc fit & when she couldn't do more to it she brought out another dress we may had liked better. At the end of checkout she gave me a discount deal on a 2nd pair of shoes. She even stayed a little past closing time to give us the time we needed to be set for checkout. When I was in limbo between renting or buying shoes she gave me her business card & mentioned I could call to see if the shoes were still available to rent & allowed me to take a picture of the shoes to have the right pair. I ended up just buying the shoes & us 3 girls left happy. There are 3 levels of dresses. Have fun shopping ladies! I recommend this place for formal...
