I went to the Silos in Easley with family to do some thing different. The weather was nice, the sun a little warm if it happened to be hitting you sitting under the umbrella table. The Silos is a nice place to hang out, with different food options to try. There’s a big screen tv, and live music. I decided to try Belladina’s Pizzeria. I had the one in Greenville booked mark on Yelp. I’m not sure that they’re owned by the same people. It’s a walk up and order/takeout. Once your order is taken you give your phone number, and you’ll get a text when your order is ready. I ordered the appetizer meatballs and lasagna. I tried the meatballs while I was at the Silos the lasagna was for me to eat at home. The meatballs were in a watery tomato sauce with a little mozzarella cheese on them. They were flavorless and I did not finish them. The lasagna had the same watery tomato sauce and it didn’t taste any better than the meatballs. As a matter of fact I’m not sure that it had more than one lasagna noodle in it. I didn’t eat that either, I gave it to my brother. The meatballs went in the trash. After eating at Belladina’s Pizzeria of Easley, I removed the bookmark for Belladina’s of Greenville. The cost of this was $22.89. I could have spent that at Chick-fil-A, on some thing I would have enjoyed plus got my...
Read moreGot pizza and dinners from Belladina’s at the Silos last night and my family loved it! Called in to place a sizeable order (2 pizzas, 3 dinners), and it didn’t take long before we got the text that it was ready! Very tasty. You can tell the sauce is homemade. I could’ve eaten more and more without getting sick of it! There are also many options for specialty pizzas, etc. We got the Margherita and Coppia pizzas and they were both amazing!
The dough/crust texture was exceptional, although it could use seasoning or even just extra virgin olive oil glazed onto it because it lacked flavor.
The Chicken Parm was great as well, and even the Spaghetti Luciano, for being such a simple dish, was so flavorful and seasoned perfectly! A great place in the area for REAL well-crafted pizza & REAL Italian dinners with REAL sauce and fresh ingredients that your family will love! Authentic, and they didn’t slack on the toppings!
The lady that rung us up when we picked up our order was so friendly!...
Read moreWe waited and waited for our pizza tonight that we had to take to go since it was getting too close to our kids’ bedtime. We arrived and ordered around 5:45 and didn’t get our pizza for over an hour…. A little heads up about the wait would have been nice! When we got home we found our Coppia pizza (described as having Prosciutto di parma, san marzano tomatoes, arugula, fresh basil and balsamic glaze) to have been made when a few sprigs of the saddest arugula I’ve ever seen and some spinach leaves instead of basil… nothing at all like the advertised pizza. They get 2 stars because the pepperoni pizza was fine. We plan to return to the silos but will spend our money at the...
