Wow đ I stumbled across this gem trying to find something to do with 3 teen boys! I must say definitely money well spent. The hospitality is amazing! Thank you, Steve & Stephanie. Ok, let get into it! This is a new bowling alley and gaming event space. Yes! It's an event space! You can have weddings here, birthday parties etc. It's not your everyday bowling Alley . It's geared for small and large groups. So yes, it's pricey, but I think it's worth it. It was 4 of us, and I spent $361 that includes tip for 5 ppl. It comes with a large pie pizza , a sampler platter with chicken fingers, fries , mozzarella sticks, and sauces along with it. 2 refillable softdrink pitchers, an hour of bowling (we did 2 games) with shoe rental, and it included tickets to the VR game and a 7D cinema that was awesome. It moves, has fans for the adventures, the seats put pressure on ur back and butt during certain scenes, and it mists you with water when there is water involved. Very cool feature. The Arcade has alot of cool games, the basketball hoop game is high enough to shoot 3 pointers. I loved that. The bathrooms are clean, spacious, and a bathroom on each floor.
Top floor for events, main floor, and basement for the fun activities. This place is wheel chair accessible. So if I had 5ppl, it comes out to about $24 pp/hr. I was there for 3 hrs. To me, it's worth it. This place does not have a LQ license, which sucks but they do have ways for private event to have LQ. It's NOT BYOB. Overall the boys had a good time. Didn't expect to spend $361, but im glad I did đđ
My expertise in restaurant management: The pizza pie for 5 ppl is a good size. However, the platter is only enough for 3 to 4 ppI understand pizza compensates if you dont fill up on the platter. But if someone in the group doesn't eat cheese, or allergic to tomatoes, pizza is out for them, so they have only the platter left that must be shared with 4 other ppl. The platters should be enough for a group of five with the price. Food cost on fries, tenders, and mozzarella sticks is low when breaking a box of each portion wise. It won't hurt with the cost to give more tenders (10) u would expect ppl to eat 2 tenders each, (10) mozzarella sticks . and at least more than 1 serving of fries, which could feed 1 to 2 ppl. The packages are expensive, give a little more food. The food was good, by the way.
We are paying for the hour of bowling really, that's the only thing on a time limit. So complimentary game cards with more than 10 credit would be good. Ur not losing anything because they can play as long as they want. 10 credit in ur establishment is 5 games. U guys have about 25+ games in there. YYourrates are Six flags great adventures rates... u do get more than an hour there. I'm just saying that with ur packages, give more where it won't hurt in a way that will work for ur business. You sell packages. It's not a pay as u play đ¤ˇđžââď¸
Despite reviews, understand that it's not JUST a bowling alley it is an experience. Even though I was a walk in, and willing to pay the price some may not be, but when your ready to afford this experience I highly recommend, and coming with a group so u can split it. But you're still paying $50 bucks pp. Remember, it's NEW still less...
Read moreExtremely unprofessional experience â I would not recommend trusting this company with a childâs special event.
Palmeras Entertainment initially reached out to me to offer a birthday party experience for my 6-year-old daughter. While they did send over materials and initial next steps, there was no clear or professional follow-up system in place for such a time-sensitive collaboration. Instead of checking in or having a quick conversation to align, they abruptly canceled the event just days before my daughterâs birthday.
As a mom, this was heartbreaking. We had families prepared to attend, and my daughter was excited for an experience that was suddenly pulled away with no real effort to reconnect or problem-solve.
When I attempted to speak to someone about the cancellation, I was met with coldness and deflection. The response centered around blame rather than collaboration or empathy â despite the fact that they had initiated this opportunity with me in the first place.
This left my daughter without the party she was so excited for, parents confused, and me scrambling to make last-minute changes during what should have been a joyful, memorable week.
I rarely leave reviews like this, but this experience was hurtful, avoidable, and completely mishandled. A professional event company should never treat a childâs celebration with such disregard. Please be cautious if youâre considering working with them. We were left with disappointment, frustration, and a lot of explaining to do to...
Read moreMy family threw me a surprise party for my 27th birthday at Palmeras, and we had the BEST time! 𼳠Palmeras is such a fun place for all agesâa perfect mix of great food, games, and unforgettable memories. One of the things I enjoyed most was watching my whole family having a blast playing every single gameâwe seriously had so much fun!
The staff went above and beyond to make sure every guest had a great experience. They even handled the decorations (Happy Bday balloons!) for free, which made everything so easy. And one of the coolest touches? They gave us a free bowling pin for everyone to signâa super fun keepsake to take home.
I 100% recommend Palmeras for any event, big or small. Their party packages include everythingâbowling, unlimited food and soft drinks, 7D cinema, VR ticketsâso all you really have to do is book it and show up. The only extra would be arcade cards, and they are totally worth it.
Thank you, Palmeras, for making my 27th birthday so...
