Nike Factory Store - Lancaster — Attraction in East Lampeter Township

I want to start off saying I love Nike and I love their products. The store itself in Lancaster, i have shopped their for many years. I have witness so many different things and I want to explain what to expect when going here. The customer service for the most part is horrible. Reps are always pre occupied with either each other, whether talking to one another about partying, or their dating life, they have little to no desire to want to help anyone. You almost need to tap them on their shoulder to get them to help you. I have witnessed reps say a shoe is out of stock and literally another rep will actually look for it and find it. They barely ever say hello, they barely ever thank you for your business. If you buy multiple shoes they complain and wont hold anything for u at the register. I have seen a manager tell you a price and another rep argue that the price is not what the manager stated. They bring their own drama and let it be seen other customers. I watched an employee get fired in this store and start yelling obscenitys in a crowded store threatening to punch the manager in the store. This store is like a zoo. You should go there to find nice shoes. But I go with the expectation I will be treated poorly and expect unhappful, uninenthusiastic service. There are a couple of reps that are golden here and I always talk to them everytime. Its like a warzone of good and evil reps and you need to know who stay away from and who to go too. I went to the Nike store in the Tanger outlets today with my husband and 3 kids. We always coming here to show for the family. Today I have to say was the worst experience I've ever had in this store. Not only are we dealing with our families having to struggle in Puerto Rico right now after hurricane Maria but to now for the first time in my life hear two ignore workers in the store talk s* about Hispanics as I was standing in front of them. Their comments were about how messy Hispanics are when they shop. Now the store was packed with customers not just Hispanics but whites, blacks, and Indians. Why did the messy ones have to be the Hispanics and why was that comment even made as I was standing in front of them as it was said purposely to get a raise out of me. Now that was not the only thing that was said about Hispanics. Before I walked up my husband heard them talking about Puerto Ricans and Dominicans but they changed the subject only to talk about how messy my people are. Now I asked to speak to the manager on duty but I can said if anything was done because the manager did not return to us so we left...

Superb assistant at this store! I needed to find sneakers to fit a very swollen healing broken foot and ankle that could help me in Physical Therapy. I was everywhere and just by chance ended up here. The staff did the search and found several suggested styles for me to try. Eureka! They found three pairs and went above and beyond to assist me from the sizing, fitting, and comfort level of the shoe. I am so thankful for the opportunity to meet and buy two pairs of sneakers from the best staff ever!
