I booked the romance package for myself & my fiancée and iBougie did not disappoint. There was a few hiccups but they were all understandable.

From the moment we entered the facility, the customer service was A1. All of the ladies were friendly and had great energy. Black owned business seem to be a hit or miss in the customer service department, but these ladies provided service with a smile and kind demeanor and it definitely didn’t go unnoticed.

First disappointment was the dressing/changing room. Seemed small and tight. The robes were ok & the slippers were less than ideal. However, the items were clean and smelled like they just came out of the laundry. I assumed we would get newer items considering the amount of money I paid but it’s not the end of the world.

Second disappointment was the massage. Although the massage itself was above amazing & just perfect, we were in separate rooms. I did not expect that and initially thought we would be in the same room getting our massage. In their defense, space is limited. So I understand and would still rate this experience the same as if they were performed together. The massage was perfect. Not too much pressure. Just right. Dark room. Soft music playing. Just perfect.

The jacuzzi was the highlight of the experience. The freshly prepared charcuterie board was amazing. Perfect wine selection. The meal could have been heated a lil more but it was definitely eatable. The essential oils they provided made the jacuzzi a tad bit better. Overall, it was the best jacuzzi experience I’ve ever received.

I surprised my husband with the Romance Package at IBougie Salon & Spa in East Point for his birthday, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish!

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was calming and beautifully set up for a romantic experience. The staff greeted us warmly and made us feel completely comfortable. Everything was clean, well-organized, and had a luxurious vibe and its Black owed !!! Love it !

The package included time in the private jacuzzi, which was beautifully decorated and gave us a chance to relax and enjoy each other's company. It felt intimate and special—perfect for a birthday celebration.

After that, we had a couples massage, and let me just say… WOW. They were professional, attentive, and truly skilled. Both my husband and I felt like new people afterwards—completely relaxed and refreshed.

I really appreciated how the team at IBougie went the extra mile to make this day feel special especially when it was a last minute booking. They even acknowledged his birthday, which was a sweet touch. It wasn’t just a spa day—it was a memorable experience we’ll both treasure.
