Xplore Enterprise — Attraction in East Rutherford

As a warning, do not work with them. I have a lot of major complaints about this company.

First, Quality of work is completely non-productive, made zero difference in driving business.

Second, they request user login info for websites, socials, domains, google page, etc, and MAKE THEMSELVES OWNER of these pages, which created issues with my access to my own pages.

Third, most recently, since leaving my contract, I have learned that they moved my domain to a different server and I cannot retrieve it and so I have literally completely lost my website and domain.

They began billing me for service before I signed a service agreement and failed to tell me that they would be billing me in USD while leaving me with the impression they were billing me in CAD.

I remember my first meeting with Jerry, he told me give me 1% of your trust and my team will will the other 99%.. at the time I thought it was a great sales line and told him he should come work for me.. he never did come. But he was right! These professionals do such wonderful work. Alex created some of the best videos for my company it is astounding at time. Charlie is always on top of my concerns, and Domonique is always there when I need her. They are more then my marketing company they are my consultants, and in many ways have become my friends. Be careful with this company, when you try to stop working with them, they delete your website, social media, all the information that you have. You pay a set up to start with them, you pay them monthly and when you decide to leave them they delete everything. I have being in business for more then 10 years, all pictures, all review, all the contents they delete and staying that you do not have that access anymore. They did not created my website or anything, they was only doing the SEO, but they decide to change the credentials for the website and delete it. Stay away from them.
